Yoga gives you energy and vitality, strength and flexibility. It corrects posture, clears the mind and reduces stress. Yoga makes you feel good by giving you a space to reconnect with yourself. Yoga is good for everyone. Yoga’s benefits are varied, comprehensive and far-reaching. You do not have to be well-toned, strong, flexible or fit to start Yoga. All you need is the willingness to have fun and give it a go!
We offer Yin Yoga classes at The Barre Clinic. Run by our owner Dr Andrea Robertson, these classes are designed to balance the “yang” side of a busy and rushed lifestyle, Yin Yoga focuses on postures that are held for 3-5 minutes each with the aim of lengthening the connective tissue of the body to increase elasticity, flexibility and mindfulness.

What to Bring
Please bring water as you will need to keep hydrated during the class. If you forget your water, that will also be available to purchase on the day of your class for $1. Yoga mats are provided for you at the studio, however in winter it can get cold at the end of class as you rest, so please bring some warms clothes.
As there are only 13 places available in each Yoga class you must reserve your place by booking and paying online before you arrive.

We require 8 hours notice of cancellation of a class, otherwise this class will be deducted from your pack.
There is plenty of on-site and street parking at our studio.
