TrikonasanaYoga gives you energy and vitality, strength and flexibility.  It corrects posture, clears the mind and reduces stress.  Yoga can be done anywhere, does not require expensive equipment and makes you feel good by giving you a space to reconnect with yourself.

Yoga is good for everyone. Yoga’s benefits are varied, comprehensive and far-reaching. You do not have to be well-toned, strong, flexible or fit to start Yoga.  All you need is the willingness to have fun and give it a go!

Passes & Memberships

Class Descriptions

Hatha Yoga: Hatha Yoga class (75 minutes) are taught by either Jeni, Andrea or Anna V, all trained at The Byron Yoga School. This style of yoga incorporates asanas (postures), breathing (pranayama), meditation and yoga philosophy.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: This class is designed to be an amazingly invigorating start to your day or week! Embrace a state of flow with this dynamic, challenging and sweaty 75min class. Power Vinyasa incorporates creative sequencing, anatomical focus areas and traditional teachings to use the physical body as a tool of transformation and self-discovery. Expect to work hard, laugh loud, and breathe deep.

Yin Yoga: To balance the “yang” side of a busy and rushed lifestyle, Yin Yoga focuses on postures that are held for 3-5 minutes each with the aim of lengthening the connective tissue of the body to increase elasticity, flexibility and mindfulness.

What to Bring

Please bring water as you will need to keep hydrated during the class. If you forget your water, that will also be available to purchase on the day of your class for $1. Yoga mats are provided for you at the studio, however in winter it can get cold at the end of class as you rest, so please bring some warms clothes.

Bookings

As there are only 10-16 places available in each Yoga class you must reserve your place by booking and paying online before you arrive.

Cancellation Policy

We require 10 hours notice of cancellation of a class, otherwise you will be charged a late cancellation fee (of the valve of that class) and this will be deducted from your package. If you are on an Unlimited VIX Membership, a cancellation fee of $15 will be charged for missed or late cancelled classes.

There is plenty of on-site and street parking at both of our Xtend Barre studios.
