Anna is fascinated by the human body and wellness and wants to bring the joy of movement to her students! She holds a Diploma of Clinical Pilates and Certificate IV in Pilates, both through Breathe Education. Anna is also a qualified yoga teacher through the Byron Yoga Centre. On top of this, she is currently studying a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology at UniSA. Obviously, Anna loves to learn! She never intends to stop and continuously seeks more knowledge, whether it’s formal or informal learning.
“I love to create that ‘Aha!!’ moment when people have a little epiphany about their body.” Anna does this by empowering people with information and a sense of control over their bodies. Anna aims to spread the joy and knowledge of the benefits of exercise. These benefits are not limited to physical but are also psychological.
