Miranda graduated from Victoria University in Melbourne. She began her interest in the body and Osteopathy as a result of her background in competitive track cycling and exercise sport science.
Miranda has previous experience working along side an elite cycling team, where she has been able to assist riders with injury prevention and management. She is also a qualified and registered personal trainer who enjoys promoting a healthy and active life style to all ages and abilities. In her final year of study Miranda experienced working as an Osteopathic student in an Orthopedic hospital in India, where she was exposed to treating a variety of both pre and post surgical cases.
Miranda’s treatments are targeted to the individual and encompass a wide range of techniques including joint mobilisation, manipulation, Trigger Point Dry Needling, soft tissue and myofascial release. She believes in educating her patients to understand the cause of their condition, thus helping them to live pain free with lifestyle advice, rehabilitative exercises, and preventative treatment measures.
