Originally from Canada, Zoe has worked in the health and wellness realm for over 17 years. After living in Melbourne, she embarked on a true ‘sea-change’ to study her Bachelor of Clinical Science and Masters of Osteopathic Medicine at SCU in northern NSW. Prior to moving overseas, Zoe studied psychology and worked in community mental health and addictions, with experience in crisis intervention.
Zoe has an interest in treating patients from all walks of life, and all ages with a wide variety of techniques. She has particular clinical interests in breathing dysfunction, performance optimization, palliative care, chronic pain, paediatrics, older adults, digestive complaints, and the sensitive/anxious patient. Zoe is also qualified in the technique of dry needling, and clinical Pilates through DMA in Melbourne and Breathe Pilates. She is happy to see patients for both pre-hab and re-hab.
Zoe believes in the power of having a great support network, and welcomes collaborations with other practitioners in developing more comprehensive treatment plans when patients require it.
