Xtend Barre Instructor

Liz first tried Xtend Barre whilst looking for a new exercise regime to improve strength and flexibility and help her recover from old netball injuries. Having never been a ballerina she was nervous about trying it but need not have worried… “after my first class I absolutely fell in love and have not looked back”.

Liz is also a Medical Doctor working in Emergency Medicine. One of her passions is helping people to improve their health and she sees sharing Xtend Barre and encouraging people to exercise as another important way to achieve that. “Xtend Barre is an amazing experience, it allows people from all fitness backgrounds to come together and exercise at their own level in a fun and very supportive environment. I can’t wait to share it with as many people as I can”.
