Xtend Barre Instructor

Prem booked into a free trial xtend class after seeing it on TV years ago. After the first class, she knew it was the exercise solution she needed. Xtend combines strength, cardio, dance and stretch all in one class. At that point she was struggling to fit all those aspects of fitness in to her routine and this was it! Having always loved and admired ballerinas, it made her strive harder to improve her techniques and train as an instructor.

Xtend Barre kept her fitness regime going throughout her pregnancy, and helped her gain back her strength and endurance postnatal. Prem loves sharing her love of Xtend Barre with the clients at Southside and Eastside.
